01 / THE CLUB
Absolute beginner? Seasoned runner? Somewhere between “I could run a marathon” and “I'd rather walk”? You're in the right place.
Happy People Run Club is a non-pretentious place to move, meet people, and work toward whatever feels good to you. No fear of being the slowest. No need to prove anything.
Get healthier. Shake up your training. Work toward your first 5K, a half marathon, or the full 26.2. Set goals together, find some encouragement, and have fun along the way.
First-timers and experienced runners belong here. You don't need a race time to introduce yourself.
Running, walking, jogging, or a little of everything. Find the pace that works for you.
Goals are great. So are new friends, fresh air, and a reason to get out the door.
THE SCIENCE. SORT OF.
“Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don't shoot their husbands. They just don't.”
